In order to operate as a peddler, itinerant merchant or solicitor within the City of Crestview Hills, the City Code of Ordinances requires each person and/or entity to acquire a solicitors license prior to engaging in any door-to-door business activity.
No license is necessary for political or non-profit solicitors or canvassers.
Each entity or person must complete the City’s application, remit a $50 registration fee, and obtain or provide a copy of a City of Crestview Hills Business License.
A copy of the City's 'No Knock List' will be provided with each approved license. This document will list each address in Crestview Hills that licensed peddlers, itinerant merchants, or solicitor must not approach for door-to-door sales.
