Small Business Incentive Program
In addition to its low taxes and business-friendly environment, the City of Crestview Hills offers a competitive incentive program for new medical/dental/mental health and office businesses locating within the city.
Current Crestview Hills businesses that are significantly expanding are also eligible too.
Eligible applicants may choose either incentive or apply for both:
- Rent/Mortgage Subsidy – Eligible applicants may be granted up to $6,000 in rent or mortgage payment reimbursement. The business must bring at least two full-time employees that pay the Crestview Hills payroll withholding and stay in the city for at least two years.
- Low Interest Loan – Eligible applicants may be granted a loan up to $10,000 at 3% APR with a repayment period of 5 years or less. The loan proceeds must be used for business expenses, such as equipment, remodeling costs, moving costs, etc.

Application decisions are made quickly by the Crestview Hills Incentive Review Committee (usually within 30 days of receipt of a complete application).
